Swimming pool 23 x 12 m

At night, the pool bowl is cleaned using a robot vacuum cleaner. Chairs, sun loungers and fresh flowers are placed around the perimeter of the pool. There is a drinking water purification machine (3 degrees of purification).

Group water aerobics classes are held in the pool using various accessories (noodles, belts and weights for arms and legs, dumbbells, boards, flippers). Personal training sessions with a swimming coach (paid service) are conducted with children from 4 years old and adults (swimming training, distribution of the correct load based on the client's goals, recommendations for rehabilitation and nutrition, etc.).

Gym

It is equipped with cardio machines (Life Fitness, Star Trac, Concept), including 6 treadmills, 3 elliptical trainers, 4 stationary bikes (2 recumbent and 2 upright), 1 stepper, and 1 rowing machine.

The strength-training area features equipment for all major muscle groups (Gym 80, Cybex), as well as free weights, including barbells and dumbbells.

A water purification dispenser (3-stage filtration system) is available in the gym.

Personal training sessions are available (additional paid service) for adults and children aged 14 and above. Services include equipment instruction, development of training programs, exercise technique coaching, proper load distribution based on individual goals, as well as recommendations on rehabilitation and nutrition.

For gym use, clean closed athletic footwear (sneakers or trainers) and sportswear are required.

The water temperature is 33 ° C ± 0.5 ° C.

It is located in the pool area. The capacity is 3-5 people at a time.

GROUP FITNESS STUDIOS

Group classes of various types are available, including step, functional training, TRX, Pilates, stretching, healthy back, karate, and more.

The studios are equipped with a ballet barre, Swedish walls, and boxing bags. Additional equipment is available for training, including step platforms, body bars, fitness balls, and more.

Group classes are held according to a scheduled timetable.

For participation in group classes, clean closed athletic footwear and sportswear are required.

Changing rooms

Lockers for storing things during your stay at the Sports Center.
Shower stalls. Hair dryers for drying hair. Centrifuges for drying bathing suits.
The changing rooms are additionally equipped with air conditioning.

Reception

A safe deposit box for storing valuables during your stay at the Sports Center. A rack with towels, sheets and bathrobes.
