At night, the pool bowl is cleaned using a robot vacuum cleaner. Chairs, sun loungers and fresh flowers are placed around the perimeter of the pool. There is a drinking water purification machine (3 degrees of purification).

Group water aerobics classes are held in the pool using various accessories (noodles, belts and weights for arms and legs, dumbbells, boards, flippers). Personal training sessions with a swimming coach (paid service) are conducted with children from 4 years old and adults (swimming training, distribution of the correct load based on the client's goals, recommendations for rehabilitation and nutrition, etc.).

Gym

Equipped with cardio equipment (Life Fitness, Star Track, Concept): 6 treadmills, 3 elliptical trainers, 4 exercise bikes (2 horizontal and 2 vertical), 1 stepper, 1 rowing simulator. Strength training equipment for various muscle groups (Gym 80, Cybex). Free weights: barbells and dumbbells.

There is a drinking water purification machine (3 degrees of purification) in the gym. Personal training with a trainer (paid service) is conducted with children from 14 years old and adults, instruction on the operation of simulators, preparation of training systems and programs, training in exercise techniques, distribution of the correct load based on the client's goals, recommendations on rehabilitation and nutrition, etc.

The water temperature is 33 ° C ± 0.5 ° C.

It is located in the pool area. The capacity is 3-5 people at a time.

Men's and women's bath complexes
