The hotel offers a spacious, well-lit area with a landscaped guest parking facility. Access to the car park is via Berezhkovskaya Embankment through a specially equipped automated entry and exit control system. Guests may park in any available space in accordance with the marked layout.

Upon arrival, drivers receive a parking card, which is required for payment. The first 15 minutes are free, after which the hourly rate is 500 RUB per hour.

Payment for hourly parking can be made at automated payment terminals located at the main entrance and near the reception desk. The terminals accept cash (RUB), major bank cards, as well as mobile payment applications. Payment can also be made via QR code printed on the parking card received upon entry.

Hotel guests may use a special “Guest Parking” rate of 2,200 RUB per night. This rate allows parking from 12:00 on the day of check-in until 14:00 on the day of check-out. Outside this period, the standard hourly rate (500 RUB per hour) applies. The “Guest Parking” rate is valid only for the duration of the hotel stay and is added to the room bill and paid upon check-in.

Upon check-in, guests receive a parking pass (a plastic card) in exchange for the entry parking card issued at the barrier. The pass allows unlimited entry and exit during the stay.

Any additional parking time outside the “Guest Parking” period is charged separately at the hourly rate via the parking dispatcher and payment terminals using a separate parking card issued by staff.

For vehicles with trailers, an additional parking fee is charged. The cost is equivalent to either the guest parking rate or the hourly rate for vehicles. A second parking card or pass will be issued for the trailer.

Please note that parking spaces are not reserved; vehicles may be parked in any available space according to the marked layout.

Street parking near the hotel costs 380–450 RUB per hour from 08:00 to 21:00 and 200 RUB per hour from 21:00 to 08:00 (including Sundays).

Designated parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available free of charge in accordance with Russian legislation.

Please note that the hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles parked on the premises, including items inside the vehicle or attached externally.

Drivers are required to observe speed limits, markings, and all traffic regulations while on hotel grounds.

In case of loss or damage to a parking card or pass, an additional fee of 500 RUB will be charged on top of the applicable parking rate.
