A charity lunch for children from orphanages has been held at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel on International Children's Day for more than 20 years. The All-Russian Charitable Foundation organizes a holiday for the children; the children attend performances in Moscow theaters, after which they come to the hotel, accompanied by mentors and teachers.
Radisson Slavyanskaya is a partner of many charitable programs, interacts with the Kuntsevsky Center for the Promotion of Family Education, and holds charitable events, the funds from which are directed to the needs of the Center.
As part of the charity event “Tour Business with an Open Heart,” the hotel provides the “House with a Lighthouse” foundation with certificates for accommodation, which are sold at auction, and the proceeds are used for the treatment the children need.
Thanks to the hotel’s participation in the “Books as a Gift” program, children with visual impairments receive sets of color illustrated embossed books, which expands their ability to adapt to a full life.
