ORIGINAL MASLENIC MENU AT RADISSON SLAVYANSKAYA

Every year for Maslenitsa week, the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel and Business Center prepares a new original menu, the basis of each dish in which is pancakes.

From February 20 to 26, in the Lobby Bar of the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel you will be able to order pancakes with red caviar, mascarpone cheese with orange curd, or with slices of fresh grapefruit, as well as with more traditional fillings - Nutella, honey, sour cream and jams. 

For gourmets, they will prepare last year's already proven new product - a festive cannelloni made of pancakes with slices of chicken breast, porcini mushroom ragout, horseradish cream sauce and demi-glace sauce.

In addition, the holiday menu will feature a mini pancake cake made from wheat dough with basil, cheese cream, guacamole and herbs. It is served with red caviar and lightly salted salmon.
