Order strawberry dishes in the most unusual combinations from a special menu at the hotel's lobby bar.
The new menu includes warm French toast with strawberry-curd filling, a summer salad with strawberries, a strawberry tartlet, and even a pizza featuring goat cheese, spinach, arugula, and Parmesan cheese.
The main inspiration behind the strawberry menu is Margarita Guseva, chef at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel. The restaurant department will present it to guests for the first time. The special menu will be available until the end of the strawberry season.
