The special menu includes Lenten variations from different cuisines of the world. Among them are baba ganoush with porcini mushrooms, flax and pumpkin seeds, beans and pita slices, as well as rolls with lettuce, herbs and vegetables. Another light and healthy dish on the temporary menu is lentils, served with artichokes, microgreen sprouts, boiled carrots and baked garlic.
Lenten items also include pumpkin soup and minestrone. From the main course section you can order tomato focaccia, potato or buckwheat balls, pappardelle, dumplings and assorted vegetables. The dessert section features a Lenten cheesecake with avocado and lime. Those interested can also opt for fresh strawberries, served with carrots and coconut cream with chia seeds.
Lenten menu dishes at Radisson Slavyanskaya will be available until April 16. You can order them at any time of the day, both in the lobby bar and through the room service restaurant.
